Failed Democracy: Mayhem in Chennai High court
We Indians are aghast at the anarchy prevailing in the country. It's obvious all sections of society want to take law into their hands, feeling their superiority over others.
Judges do not wish to declare their assets. Ministers- the less said the better. Politicians are criminals, frame laws only to be broken. Lawyers too do not wish to obey laws. Police do not want to be disciplined.In the Madras HC case, they were confused as to whom to obey! CJM or CM?
Recruitment scams and corruption is galore even in the armed forces. Union budget has high allocation making room for absolute corruption. Businessmen want to evade taxes. The only honest Taxpayers are harassed. Taxes collected are abused.
The nation is heading for a democratic disaster. Do we hope every wrong is corrected immediately and justice ensured across the board?
BTW, Who can bell the cat in a democracy?
